MONDAY night's game against Portsmouth is massive and the Club needs YOU to help to make it a Black & White night at St. James' Park!!!
Alan Shearer and the lads need the full backing of a full house against Pompey and we've all got a big part to play.
Many of you will remember the time we played Portsmouth in 1992 and David Kelly scored a priceless goal to stop us heading towards the old Third Division............if you were there I am sure you can still remember how special the atmosphere was that day - and that's what we need again on Monday night!!!
We've lots planned in the build-up to kick-off to show the players we're backing them all the way......
Please try and get to your seat 10 minutes before kick-off on Monday, be loud and proud for Alan and the lads before the game AND for the full 90 minutes!!! Sing your hearts out with Graeme Danby as he belts out the Blaydon Races on the pitch and then help create a spectacular sight as the team comes out of the tunnel by raising one of the 50,000 Black and White cards that will be placed on each seat.
There'll be flags and scarves being waved all around the ground..............so let's make sure the Milburn Stand is a real part of Fortress St. James' on the night!!!
