Forum Objectives
These are: -
- To create a unique Regional Forum for sharing experiences and issues with other Asian businesses in the North East and through this promote a voice what reflects their view nationally and regionally on topics important to their development.
- To identify areas a activity where North East organised businesses can be nurtured and grown in partnership with regional agencies and then wider business network support.
- To be accepted as the partner of choice when public and private organisations are developing strategies, which impact on Asian businesses.
- To develop wider U.K. and international links to smaller organisations, which will lead to information sharing on organisational development, trade and investment.
- To create a comprehensive Asian Business directory identifying members businesses and the services they provide thus promoting networking and development opportunities.
As well as these objectives the Forum aims to provide a gateway for business support organisations to interact with the Asian community and will be involved in a host of community wide activities.
